3. Can I be sure that online payments are safe and secure?

Cozzyzone.com ensures that all customer’s information is kept private, safe and secure. All our transactions are processed through a secure credit card system.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

We are happy to offer free U.S. Ground shipping for any orders in the USA (Excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska)

5. What happens if I change my mind after I order?

We move fast! Our priority is customer satisfaction. We process our orders as quickly as possible. Usually, you have a 12-hour grace period should you change your mind after placing an order. Changes or cancellations can only be made to your order if the status of your order is not set to "shipped." 

After shipping, Read the return policy. 

6. How fast can I expect credit to be reflected on my credit card or PayPal account?

Once your package is ready for return, you may drop it off at the nearest USPS location. 

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. 

Refunds should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing. 

Your credit card company may take 2-10 additional business days to post credits to your account.

7. What are the wholesales opportunities?

We are sorry that we don’t provide any wholesale program at this moment.

8. How do I get my gift during TikTok Livestream?

Usually, our staff will contact you to confirm your gift after the Livestream. Also, you can follow our TikTok Handle to ask them.

Also, you can contact sales@cozzyzone.com with the  Livestream name, date & time, and what gift is promised. Our customer service team will assist you.
